Add function calling on the E2EE GLM 5 e2ee-glm-5

Can Venice enable function/tool calling for e2ee-glm-5? The non-E2EE counterpart

zai-org-glm-5 already supports it, so this would bring the E2EE model to feature parity. Currently the only E2EE models with function calling are the Qwen models.
