Character Searching the Web with Platform Toggle Off

So, r/VeniceAI v2 is performing web searches no matter what I do.  I turned off the toggle to disable it in the platform.  I explicitly told it in chat.  AND I added the negative to its system prompt.

Still performing searches.  It told me it’s deep in its programming, not something in the prompt or in it’s core_guidelines.txt document.
