Clarity on Venice voice and conversation mode needed

I recently upgraded to pro as part of research involved vwboce coice/conversation.  It was not made clear that there were hard limits to using this mode.  

Now it say my 5 hours are used and to wait 27 days.  I cant afford max right now, so could provide an add on to purchase more conversation time in blocks as needed?,
