Dictation improvement

Presently, each dictation interaction requires two “clicks” on both web and mobile, but could be reduced to just one if you combined features from the two systems:
The first "click" is to start the dictation and is similar on both, but the second click is different:
- The web app saves a click by cutting off the dictation automatically upon silence, but costs a click because it does not have an option in the settings to auto-send.

- The mobile app costs a click by forcing you to manually end the voice recording, but saves a click by having an auto-send option upon finished dictation.

In other words, web app needs the auto-send feature, mobile app needs automatic end of dication upon silence.

Fewer clicks means a more seamless, almost conversation-like experience with dictation mode.
