Feature Request: Managing Orphaned Public Characters

Summary I really appreciate the character system the team has built! I wanted to suggest a small improvement that would make a big difference for creators.

Current Situation As far as I understand, if a user keeps a published character in their own character section, they can still edit or update it. That's great! The issue arises when a character is deleted from the creator's personal character section — at that point, there seems to be no way to delete, edit, or update the public version anymore. It becomes an orphaned character that the creator can no longer manage.

Suggested Improvement If possible, it would be wonderful if public characters remained accessible to their original creator for management even after being removed from the personal character section.

Specifically:

Delete an orphaned public character from the directory.

Edit or update its name, description, avatar, or prompt if needed.

Re-publish a revised version if the creator decides to improve it later.

Why This Would Help

Accidental deletions wouldn't result in permanently stuck public characters. Creators could clean up old experiments or low-quality characters they no longer stand behind. It encourages publishing more freely, knowing there's always a way to undo or refine later.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this! Really appreciate everything the team is doing. Thanks
