Let users drop a long video into a simple horizontal filmstrip view then user taps anywhere on that strip to drop a pin.

Each pin becomes a spot where they can type a prompt telling the AI what to do at that moment: "slow-mo here," "cut this part," "add a transition," etc.

Basically: See the whole clip at a glance, mark the interesting spots with a click, and tell the AI what to do at each one.
