Characters ratings review limitation...

It appears there’s a limit to the number of characters (words) you can submit for ratings/reviews of Characters (the Venice feature). But instead of providing an error or a word countdown, the rating is simply not submitted—but acts like it was.

This can be frustrating if you take the time to write a lengthy, thoughtful review on a character, submit it, and go about your day only to realize later it was lost.

SOLUTION: add an error message with text character count, and/or a character countdown when approaching max characters when submitting a review.
