Credit Management

The Venice credit options on the menu are: Purchase Venice Credits, Upgrade Venice Plan. If you go ahead and purchase Venice credits, you cannot USE these credits for conversational AI until you have FIRSTLY ‘upgraded’ your Venice Plan (from a free plan). These (new) credits cannot be transferred to Plan upgrade costs either, so may sit and expire if you don’t use them within Venice timeout limits.
