Invest in a 24/7 Human Customer Service for Pro Users

The single failure of Venice AI is their extremely poor customer service.  They have not responded to a single email of mine since February 2026 (sent 4). 

What’s the point of having a Support email if there’s no actual support? And yet they want to convince us to upgrade to Pro+ or Max.  Please.  That cost requires me being confident that Venice can resolve account issues within the hour (they can’t, there is no support).

Once there is a comparable competitor to Venice AI, I’m leaving, unless they fix this issue before the competitor appears. I’m tired of this shit.
